Toro Snowblower Surging - Surging is always caused by a weak air:fuel ratio. This can be due to a lack of fuel ( blockage ) or excess air ( leak at manifold ). Actually cleaning / replacing the air filter usually. Turn the adjustment screw clockwise, if this starts to shut down the engine, turn it ccw till the surging stops. I also poured in 2 oz of stabil fuel stabilizer should there be any.
